The Company filed a Form 10 on April 30th, 2010 to move to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board and reached “No Comment” status with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 24, 2011.
We are now awaiting final approval for our move from The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
