He has senior management experience in several US based exploration companies and has served as a director in two Vietnamese based companies. Mr. Sterck has in depth knowledge of US mining laws plus extensive experience in foreign mining regulations and procedures.

Mr. Stewart (BA, LLB,QC) is an attorney who has worked 20 years as litigation counsel, 10 years as civil and criminal counsel to the Attorney General of Ontario and Canada; 5 years as Secretary & General Counsel to a large development firm, and was appointed to the Queen’s Counsel.

Mr. Kortu brings over 35 years of experience in West and South Africa in the Diamond Industry with expertise in mining exploration and development, trading and evaluation.
