Doug Peters
Interim President & CEO

Mr. Peters received M.Sc. degrees in Geology and Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. His B.Sc. degree was in Earth & Planetary Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Professional Geologist in the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG), and a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. He also is a Qualified Person under Canadian securities NI 43-101 regulations.

Mr. Peters is President and COO of ARNEVUT Resources Inc., a privately held precious metals exploration company based in Lakewood, Colorado, with properties in Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Mr. Peters also is the owner of Peters Geosciences, a remote sensing and GIS consultancy in Golden, Colorado which began business in 1996. Prior to starting Peters Geosciences, Mr. Peters was a Principal Investigator for the U.S. Bureau of Mines Denver Research Center, specializing in remote sensing and GIS applications for the mining industry.

Ian Lambert
Interim CFO

Mr. Lambert has over thirty-nine years of experience in the management and financing of public companies and over nineteen years with a publicly traded Canadian mining company. Mr. Lambert’s broad exposure to a wide range of business activities includes experience in oil and gas development, marketing, manufacturing, and precious metals and mineral exploration and development. His strengths are in the areas of corporate restructuring and strategic planning, regulatory compliance with both the SEC and Canadian regulatory authorities, public financing arrangements and investor and institutional liaison activities.
